Our Mission
Turning hard starts into first roles.
At the Palter Foundation, a difficult start should never decide a young person’s future.
We work with teenagers across Northern Ireland who’ve been let down by circumstance, whether care leavers, young people out of school, or those the system quietly gave up on. Instead of another lecture, we hand them a real craft: product management. Roadmaps, user interviews, shipping something people actually use.
Over twelve-week cohorts they learn to lead a team, defend an idea, and carry a project from a scribbled note to a launched product. Tonight’s gala funds the next three cohorts, and the mentors who walk beside them long after graduation.
