Built in room 214. Everything is tested here before it is repeated forty-one times.

Technical design and schedules issued
Joinery, lighting, textiles and finishes resolved to installation level.

Floor three: strip, build, install
Fourteen rooms. The hotel trades on floors one and two throughout.

Floors two and one, and the Long Room
Twenty-eight rooms and the dining space, sequenced against occupancy.

Colonnade and handover
Garden works, snagging, and a maintained finishes manual left with your team.
